摘要
基于2013—2017年面板数据,从资本、劳动力和能源3个方面构建低碳发展评价体系,并采用DEA-CCR模型和Malmquist生产率指数对中国低碳发展效率进行测算。研究表明,我国低碳发展效率相对较好,低碳全要素生产率呈增长趋势;中国区域之间低碳发展效率差异明显,技术进步变化是降缓我国低碳发展的主要因素。
Based on panel data from 2013 to 2017, a low-carbon development evaluation system is constructed from the three aspects of capital, labor and energy, and the DEA-CCR model and Malmquist productivity index are used to measure the efficiency of my country′s low-carbon development. Studies have shown that China′ s low-carbon development efficiency is relatively good, and low-carbon total factor productivity is increasing;there are obvious differences in low-carbon development efficiency between regions in China, and technological progress changes are the main factors slowing down China low-carbon development.
