摘要
为了同时发挥硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥的优点,现将两种水泥按比例进行复配,配制套筒灌浆料,研究复合胶凝体系的基本性能。研究表明,随着硫铝酸盐水泥的增加,复合胶凝体系的凝结时间逐渐减少,强度有先减少后增加的趋势。在复合水泥最优配比中分别加入萘系和聚羧酸减水剂,研究两种减水剂的单掺效果,根据相关数据确定最佳掺量。随着减水剂的加入,复合胶凝体系的和易性有所改善,复合体系的抗压强度显著提高。
In order to give full play to the advantages of Sulphoaluminate cement and Ordinary Portland cement at the same time,the two kinds of cement are compounded proportioned to prepare sleeve grouting material and study the basic properties of composite cementing system.The results show that with the increase of Sulphoaluminate cement,the setting time of composite cementitious system decreases gradually,and the strength decreases first and then increases.In the optimal ratio of composite cement,naphthalene series and polycarboxylate superplasticizer were added respectively to study the single mixing effect of the two superplasticizers,and the optimal mixing amount was determined according to the relevant data.With the addition of water-reducing agent,the workability of the composite cementitious system was improved,and the compressive strength of the composite cementitious system was significantly increased.
