商品混凝土泵送系统技术研究

商品混凝土泵送系统是一种运用于混凝土布料的新型设备,该系统包括塔基、泵送塔身、转动结构、平衡臂、蓄水罐、储料搅拌罐、泵送臂、变幅小车以及下料管。随着我国建筑行业的迅猛发展,对商品混凝土的需求也不断增加。商品混凝土运输到施工现场需要进行及时布料,否则会影响商品混凝土的品质,继而影响到工程质量,因此,如何提高混凝土布料效率至关重要。基于此,本文介绍一种商品混凝土泵送系统,该设备构造简单,在传统的塔吊的基础上进行改进即可实现高效的混凝土布料,且泵送系统易清洗,在国内混凝土布料领域拥有广阔的发展前景和应用价值。

Commercial concrete pumping system is a new type of equipment used in concrete distribution.The system includes tower base,pumping tower body,rotating structure,balance arm,water storage tank,storage mixing tank,pumping arm,luffing trolley and blanking pipe.With the rapid development of China's construction industry,the demand for commercial concrete is also increasing.The ready mixed concrete needs to be distributed in time when it is transported to the construction site,otherwise it will affect the quality of commercial concrete,and then affect the quality of the project.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of concrete distribution is very important.Based on this,this paper introduces a commercial concrete pumping system.The equipment is simple in structure,can be improved on the basis of the traditional tower crane,can achieve efficient concrete distribution,and the pumping system is easy to clean,which has a broad development prospect and application value in the domestic concrete distribution field.
