智能制造背景下工业机器人课程教学研究

Research on the Teaching of Industrial Robot Course under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

针对地方高职院校的机器人专业教学存在实训教学条件不够、教师对专业教学的认识程度不够以及教学缺乏有效的评价体系等问题,文章提出了机器人专业教学应与企业共建人才培养联盟、实训室,建议采用信息化、理实一体化教学手段,评价体系采用企业师傅和学校老师共同评价的模式,并积极鼓励学生参加各类技能大赛,提升专业技能,通过这些途径提高高职院校学生专业能力和职业素养。

In the view of the problems of insufficient practical training teaching conditions, insufficient understanding of professional teaching, and lack of effective teaching evaluation system, this paper puts forward that the robot professional teaching should build talent training alliance and training room with enterprises, and suggest adopting information-based and integrated teaching methods. The evaluation system adopts the teaching mode of joint evaluation by enterprise’s masters and school’s teachers, and actively encourages students to participate in various skill competitions to improve their professional skills, so as to improve the professional ability and professional quality of students in higher vocational colleges.
