摘要
中职非正式群体作为中职学生的重要组成部分,对中职学生身心健康和班集体建设具有不容忽视的作用。为提高班级管理效率和质量,提出中职班主任对班级非正式群体的管理策略,包括:实行参与管理和民主管理,采取合理的班级激励措施;开展形式多样的班级活动,加强与正式群体的联系,增强班级凝聚力;加强权威人物的教育力度和引导,带动非正式群体全员发展;提高班主任的自身素养和管理技能,做好中职非正式群体的德育工作。
As an important part of secondary vocational school students, informal group plays an important role in the physical and mental health of secondary vocational school students and class construction.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of class management,put forward the informal group management strategy of class teachers in secondary vocational schools, including: implementing participatory management and democratic management, and adopting reasonable class incentive measures;carrying out various forms of class activities, strengthening the contact with formal groups, enhancing class cohesion;strengthening the education and guidance of authority figures to promote the development of all members of informal groups;improving the class teachers’ own quality and management skills, to do a good job in informal group moral education.
