肿瘤学专业型硕士研究生培养模式的思考

Thoughts on the training mode of professional master postgraduates in oncology

肿瘤学专业型硕士研究生的培养目标是打造高质量应用型肿瘤学专科人才,但由于肿瘤学专业的特殊性,目前我国还没有明确、可供参考的培养模式。作者综合分析目前肿瘤学专业型硕士研究生的培养模式及其学科特色后,结合所在医院的实际情况,以培养高质量应用型专科人才为目标,从课程安排、实践能力及创新能力的培养、教师团队建设等方面,对现行培养模式普遍存在的不足进行了分析和总结,并对以后的改进方向提出了相应的建议,以期提高我国肿瘤学专业型硕士研究生的培养质量。

The training goal of professional master postgraduates in oncology is to build high-quality applied oncology specialists.However,due to the particularity of oncology,there is currently no clear and reference training mode in China.The authors comprehensively analyzed the current training model and subject characteristics of the current professional master postgraduates in oncology,combined with the actual situation of the hospital,with the goal of cultivating high-quality applied specialists,from curriculum arrangement,practice ability and innovation training,and team building in teachers,the deficiency of current training mode is analyzed and summarized,and proposed corresponding suggestions for future improvements,with a view to improving the quality of training for professional master postgraduates in oncology in China.
