基于科室质控小组的路径式健康教育在骨髓增生异常综合征患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于科室质控小组的路径式健康教育在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者中的应用效果,以期为MDS患者的临床护理方案选择提供指导。方法回顾性分析2019年5月~2020年5月就诊于辽阳市中心医院的80例MDS患者的临床资料,将2019年5~11月采用常规健康宣教干预的患者资料纳入对照组(39例),将2019年12月~2020年5月采用基于科室质控小组的路径式健康教育的患者资料纳入观察组(41例)。比较两组干预前、干预1、3个月后的疾病知识掌握程度、应对问卷(MCMQ)评分及干预期间不良事件发生情况。结果干预1、3个月后,观察组疾病知识掌握程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,屈服、回避评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDS患者采用基于科室质控小组的路径式健康教育干预可提高患者对疾病认知程度,改善患者应对方式,降低不良事件发生率,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of path health education based on department quality control group in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS),in order to provide guidance for the selection of clinical nursing plan for MDS patients.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with MDS admitted to Liaoyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Data of patients who received routine health education intervention from May to November 2019 were included in the control group(39 cases),and data of patients who received path health education based on department quality control group from December 2019 to May 2020 were included in the observation group(41 cases).The degree of disease knowledge mastery,medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)score and the incidence of adverse events during the intervention were compared between the two groups before intervention,1 month after intervention and 3 months after intervention.Results After intervention 1 and 3 months,the disease knowledge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after the intervention,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the yield and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pathway health education intervention based on department quality control group in MDS patients can improve cognition of the disease,improve coping style,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of promotion.
