改良早期预警评分结合信息系统在妇科住院患者护理中的应用

Application of improved early warning score combined with information system in nursing care of gynecological inpatients

目的探讨分析对改良早期预警评分(MEWS)结合医院信息系统(HIS)在妇科住院患者护理中的应用。方法选取2018年4月~2020年4月中山市小榄人民医院收治的200例妇科住院患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上加以MEWS评分结合HIS的方式进行治疗,比较两组护理人员病情掌握情况、患者的护理总满意度以及护理质量敏感性指标。结果观察组护理人员对患者病情掌握评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量敏感性指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MEWS评分结合HIS在妇科住院患者的护理有较为良好的效果,能够有效掌握患者病情,保障患者的生命安全,提高患者的医疗满意度,值得临床推广及运用。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of modified early warning score(MEWS)combined with hospital information system(HIS)in the nursing of gynecological inpatients.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,200 cases of gynecological inpatients in Xiaolan People′s Hospital of Zhongshan were selected as the research object,and divided into control group and observation group by random grouping method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing care,while the observation group was treated with MEWS score combined with HIS on the basis of the control group.The condition of nurses,nursing satisfaction of patients and the sensitivity index of nursing quality in the two groups were compared.Results The score of nursing staff in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity index of nursing quality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MEWS score combined with HIS has a relatively good effect in the nursing of gynecological inpatients,which can effectively grasp the patient′s condition,ensure the life safety of patients,and improve the medical satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
