摘要
异柠檬酸脱氢酶(isocitrate dehydrogenase,IDH)是胶质瘤基因诊断的重要内容之一,也是影响胶质瘤患者治疗及预后的关键因素之一。MR成像、多模态成像及影像组学的多种影像征象及组学特征与IDH基因表型相关。作者就胶质瘤IDH基因型与影像学研究进展予以综述。
Isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH)is not only one of the important contents of glioma gene diagnosis,but also one of the key factors affecting the treatment and prognosis of glioma patients.A variety of imaging features and radiomic features of MRI imaging,multimodal imaging and radiomics are associated with the phenotype of IDH gene.This article reviews the progress in the study of IDH genotypes and imaging of gliomas.
