杭州市发热门诊建筑装备现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis of current situation of fever clinic building equipment in Hangzhou

目的了解杭州市二级以上医院发热门诊的建筑布局和设备设施现状,为改进该市发热门诊质量及学科建设提供方向和决策依据。方法通过表格填报和现场检查的方式获取杭州市各级医院感染性疾病科发热门诊选址、布局流程、设备设施、医疗废物处置等,并对纳入的信息按二、三级医院对比归纳分析。结果在调查的58家医院中有42家医院设置发热门诊。三级医院发热门诊布局流程、设备设施设置的合格率均高于二级医院,布局流程设置的合格率高于设备设施。结论杭州市二级及以上医院发热门诊的布局流程功能设置基本符合要求,应根据发热门诊建设的相关要求完善缺陷项目的功能设置,加大对二级医院的扶持力度,进一步提高应对呼吸道传播疾病大流行的能力。

Objective To understand the current situation of building layout,equipment and facilities of fever clinics in Level-Ⅱand above hospitals in Hangzhou,so as to provide direction and decision-making basis for the quality improvement and discipline construction of fever clinics in this city.Methods Using form filling and on-site inspection,the site selection,layout process,equipment and facilities,medical waste disposal of fever clinics of infectious disease departments in hospitals at all levels in Hangzhou,and the included information was compared and analyzed according to Level-Ⅱand Level-Ⅲhospitals.Results 42 of the 58 hospitals investigated set up fever clinics.The qualification rates of the layout process and the equipment and facilities of fever clinics in Level-Ⅲhospitals were both higher than that of Level-Ⅱhospitals,and the qualification rate of the layout process was higher than that of the equipment and facilities.Conclusion The layout process and functional construction of fever clinics in Level-Ⅱand above hospitals in Hangzhou basically meet the requirements.The functional settings of defective items should be improved according to the relevant standards of fever clinic construction.Level-Ⅱhospitals should be given more support to further enhance the ability to deal with the pandemic of respiratory-borne diseases.
