某医院住院患者导管相关感染监测 被引量:4

Surveillance of catheter-related infections in inpatients in a hospital

摘要 目的了解住院患者导管相关感染现状,为加强防控措施提供参考。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对某医院连续3年住院患者导管相关感染及其病原菌的监测数据进行调查与分析。结果共监测住院患者97038例,发生导管相关感染296例,导管相关感染发生率为3.05‰。呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)感染率为6.06‰,导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI)感染率为3.66‰,导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)感染率为0.53‰。导管相关感染发生率较高的科室有重症监护室、内科和外科。共分离到病原菌241株,居前3位的病菌体依次为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和白色念珠菌。结论该医院导管相关感染发生率较低,以VAP为主,革兰阴性菌为主要感染病原菌,应进一步加强监测和防控。 Objective To understand the current status of catheter-related infections in hospitalized patients,and to provide references for strengthening prevention and control measures.Methods Through retrospective investigation method,the monitoring data of catheter-related infections and pathogens of inpatients in a hospital for three consecutive years was investigated and analyzed.Results A total of 97038 hospitalized patients were monitored,and 296 cases of catheter-related infection occurred,and the incidence of catheter-related infection was 3.05‰.The infection rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)was 6.06‰,the infection rate of catheter-associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI)was 3.66‰,and the infection rate of catheter-related bloodstream infection(CRBSI)was 0.53‰.Departments with a higher incidence of catheter-related infections included intensive care unit,internal medicine and surgery.A total of 241 strains of pathogens were isolated,and the top 3 pathogens were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Candida albicans.Conclusion The incidence of catheter-related infections in this hospital is relatively low,which are mainly VAP,and Gram-negative bacteria are the main infectious pathogens.Monitoring and prevention and control should be further strengthened.
