Study on the experience and enlightenment of medical insurance payment of innovative drugs in Taiwan China

为让患者更及时地使用创新药,降低健康保险财务风险,发挥健康保险资源最高效能,台湾地区采取了以疗效、财务协议为基础的、多元的创新药医保支付方式。本文将通过政策检索梳理分析台湾地区创新药分类、健康保险给付流程与支付方式的具体经验,以期为我国大陆地区创新药医保支付方式探索提供借鉴。

In order to enable patients to use innovative drugs more timely,reduce the financial risk of health insurance,and give full play to the highest efficiency of health insurance resources,Taiwan China has adopted a diversified payment method of innovative drugs based on curative effect and financial agreement.This paper combed and analyzed the specific experience of innovative medicine classification,health insurance payment process and payment method in Taiwan China through policy retrieval,in order to provide reference for the exploration of innovative medicine medical insurance payment method in China's Mainland.
