摘要
探究给母鼠饲喂泰山磐石散对腹泻模型仔鼠生理机能和肠道组织的影响。选取28只妊娠13 d昆明小鼠,随机分为对照组、腹泻模型组、给药I组、给药II组,每组7只。通过给仔鼠灌服番泻叶煎剂及腹腔注射大肠埃希氏菌,建造腹泻模型,给药组母鼠灌胃给予泰山磐石散水煎剂,通过母乳喂养干预仔鼠腹泻模型。记录仔鼠体征变化和腹泻情况,检测血清中的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、谷氨酸(GLU)含量;采集小肠组织,检测IL-1、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α的含量,并进行病理组织学观察。结果显示,与腹泻模型组相比,给药I组和给药II组仔鼠腹泻指数显著降低(P<0.05),小肠组织结构完整,炎性细胞浸润及出血现象均较轻;给药I组中仔鼠TP、GLU及BUN含量显著提高(P<0.05),给药II组中仔鼠均增重、GLU含量显著提高(P<0.05),给药I组仔鼠IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。表明给妊娠期母鼠饲喂泰山磐石散,能够提高仔鼠的生长性能,提高仔鼠抗炎性损伤能力,降低仔鼠的腹泻率。
In order to explore the effect of Taishan Panshi powder on physiological function and intestinal tissue of diarrhea model offspring rats.In this experiment,28 Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,diarrhea model group,administration group I and group II,with 7 mice in each group.The diarrhea model was established by oral administration of senna decoction and intraperitoneal injection of Escherichia coli.The mother rats in the administration group were given Taishan Panshi powder decoction by gavage,and the diarrhea model of offspring rats was intervened by breast feeding.The changes of physical signs and diarrhea were recorded.after blood centrifugation,serum was taken for the detection of TP,ALB,GLU and BUN.After the small intestine was emptied,the contents of IL-1,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αwere detected and histopathological observation was performed.The results showed that compared with the diarrhea model group,the diarrhea index of the mice in the administration group I and II was significantly lower(P<0.05),the intestinal tissue structure was more complete,and the inflammatory cell infiltration and bleeding phenomenon were lighter;the contents of TP,GLUand BUN of the offspring in the administration group I were significantly increased(P<0.05),the weight gain and GLU content of the offspring in the Administration group II were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 of the offspring in the administration group I were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results showed that feeding pregnant rats with Taishan Panshi powder could improve the growth performance of offspring rats,improve the anti-inflammatory injury ability of offspring rats,and reduce the diarrhea rate of offspring rats.
