苓术止泻口服液止泻、抗炎、镇痛药效学研究

The antidiarrheal,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Lingzhu Zhixie oral solution

探讨苓术止泻口服液的止泻、抗炎和镇痛作用,分别采用碳末小肠推进法、二甲苯致耳廓肿胀法和热板刺激法观察苓术止泻口服液对番泻叶致腹泻模型小鼠止泻、抗炎和镇痛的药效。结果发现,与空白对照组比较,苓术止泻口服液能显著减少腹泻模型小鼠的腹泻次数(P<0.05);有效缩短碳末在小鼠肠道内的推进距离(P<0.05);显著抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀程度(P<0.05),并不同程度延长小鼠舔足反应时间,提高小鼠痛阈(P<0.05)。说明苓术止泻口服液具有显著的止泻、抗炎和镇痛作用。

The effects of anti-diarrhea,anti-inflammatory and analgesic of Lingzhu Zhixie oral solution on diarrhea mice model that caused by Senna leaves were evaluated using the charcoal powder propelling test,the mouse auricle swelling test,and the hot plate-induced thermal stimulation. The results showed that Lingzhu Zhixie oral solution could significantly decrease diarrhea times of mice within 4 hours after administration(P < 0. 05),significantly reduceadvancing distance of carbon powder in the small intestine and the degree of tumefaction in auricle(P<0.05),prolong reaction time of licking feet in various degrees,and raise the pain threshold(P <0.05). The results demonstrated that Lingzhu Zhixie oral solution has significant antidiarrheal,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
