《教学指南》背景下“翻译概论”课程设计的思考

Reflections on the Course Design of Introduction to Translation within the Framework of the “Teaching Guide”

"翻译概论"是翻译专业本科的核心课程,也是最重要的知识/理论课程。本文依据《普通高等学校本科翻译专业教学指南》,从课程定位的调节性、课程内容的适切性、教学活动的延展性和教学评价的综合性四方面论述"翻译概论"课程设计,认为课程设计是完成课程教学目标,进而实现培养目标的重要环节,值得引起高度重视。

Introduction to Translation is a core course in the undergraduate translation program and a key knowledge-oriented or theoretical course. Framed within the"Teaching Guide for Undergraduate Translation Major in Institutions of Higher Learning",this paper explores its course design from four perspectives,namely the adaptability in course orientation,the appropriacy of teaching contents,the extension of teaching activities and the comprehensiveness of evaluation,and suggests that great importance should be attached to the course design,which serves as a crucial link in realizing the curricular goals,thus fulfilling the cultivation objectives of the program.
