新时期高等中医药院校人才培养改革的实践探索——以长春中医药大学为例

Practical exploration of talents cultivation reform in TCM colleges and universities in the new era: Taking Changchun University of Chinese Medicine as an example

新的历史发展时期,长春中医药大学不忘初心,通过课程思政教学改革、主体性教育改革坚定执行党的政策方针,履行育人使命;实施书院式经典教学、中医卓越人才培养项目、中药拔尖人才培养创新项目,既遵循中医药人才成长规律,也是新时期育人的创新举措;为进一步提高学生综合能力,学校开展创新创业教育改革、阳光体育教育项目,提高学生创新实践能力,强健体魄,为全面性、终身性发展奠定基础。

Changchun University of Chinese Medicine has been resolutely carrying out the Party’s policies and principles,fulfilling the tasks to cultivate high quality talents by integrating ideological and political education into courses. The university conducted teaching reform in TCM classics teaching,and lunched TCM outstanding talents cultivation program and top-talent of Chinese Meteria Medica cultivation program. The reforms followed the law of TCM talents growth and also innovated new ways to cultivate TCM talents. In order to further improve students’ abilities,the school carried out innovative education reforms like sunshine sports programs to strengthen their body and foster their innovative and practical capabilities,all of which will lay a solid foundation for comprehensive and lifelong development of students.
