Practical teaching strategies for residents’standardized training of Dermatology of TCM

Standardized training of residents in Dermatology of TCM is characterized by its own specialized features and different from that of Internal Medicine.Based on the analysis of its characteristics and common problems in standardized training,the authors put forward the following countermeasures to deal with the existing problems:making proper plans for training in the department of TCM Dermatology,constructing learning databases,formulating assessment schemes and regulating working systems,developing concepts of medical humanities,etc.It is hoped to provide new concepts for practical teaching of residents’standardized training of Dermatology of TCM.
