Interpretation of continuing medical education courses of onychomycosis in the USA

甲真菌病是真菌感染指(趾)甲形成的甲病,是皮肤科临床工作中最常见的甲病。该文对比《中国甲真菌病诊疗指南(2015年版)》,对美国继续医学教育系列文章《甲真菌病临床概述与诊断》和《甲真菌病治疗与预防复发》进行解读:病史、查体、皮肤镜等临床表现为诊断甲真菌病提供了重要线索,确诊依赖于实验室真菌学检查。治疗方案包括口服和局部抗真菌药物以及激光、光动力、等离子等物理疗法,还介绍了一些新的诊断和治疗方法。

Onychomycosis is the most common nail disorder seen in dermatology clinical practice,which is caused by fungal infection.In this paper,compared with the guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of onychomycosis in China(2015 edition),the continuing medical education series articles about clinical overview,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of recurrence of onychomycosis in the USA were briefly interpreted.The main contents include:medical history,physical examination and dermoscopy may provide important clues for the diagnosis of onychomycosis,and the definitive diagnosis depends on laboratory mycological examination.The therapeutic options include oral and topical antifungal medications,as well as laser,photodynamic,plasma and other physical therapies.Some novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches had been constantly emerging,which were also introduced in this paper.
