局限性掌跖角化不足一例

A case of circumscribed palmar hypokeratosis

27岁男性患者,右手持续性凹陷性红斑26年.皮损组织病理示:角质层突然变薄,变薄区域境界清楚,其下方的颗粒层减少,真皮浅层血管周围少量以淋巴细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润.诊断:局限性掌跖角化不足.患者未治疗,随访6个月,皮损无变化.

A 27-year-old male patient presented with persistent depressed erythema on the right hand for 26 years. Histopathological examination showed a well-demarcated area where the thickness of the stratum corneum abruptly decreased, with a central area of hypogranulosis, a small amount of inflammatory cell, mainly lymphocytes, infiltrated around the blood vessels of the upper dermis. The patient was diagnosed as circumscribed palmar hypokeratosis according to the clinical and histopathological characters. The patient did not receive any treatment, and the lesion didn’t show obvious changes after six months of follow-up.
