摘要
为提高户外高帮鞋类产品的防水性能,以帮面、内底结构重组为研究点,通过设定制版参数与试版,总结出一体式鞋舌、袜套式内里结构的制版技术参数。一体式鞋舌结构提高了鞋口处的封闭性,减少分割的袜套式内里结合防水材料,可提供有效的防水性。经测试,与传统前开口结构鞋相比,本研究的优化结构设计鞋在测试中平均水吸收量降低84.4%,可有效防水。
In order to improve the water resistance of outdoor high-top shoes,this paper took the structural reorganization of upper and insole as the research point,and summarized the technical parameters of plate making of onepiece tongue and sock type inner structure by setting plate making parameters and trial plate.The integrated tongue structure improves the sealing of the shoe opening,and the sock-style inner lining combined with a waterproof material can provide effective water resistance.The test results show that,compared with the traditional front opening structure shoes,the improved structure design shoes’ average water absorption is reduced by 84.4%,thus have good water resistance.
