A Review of Polyurethane Composite Materials in Biomedical Application

摘要 聚氨酯(Polyurethane)作为一种性能优异的有机高分子合成材料,是目前使用范围最广且具有粘弹性和可生物降解性的聚合物之一。因其优异的力学特性、耐磨性、可加工性及柔韧性,在表面材料、涂料、包装材料、建筑物的室内地板、人造皮革及生物医学领域有广泛应用。其中,最具前瞻性的是其作为功能材料在生物医学领域的应用,如人工器官、组织工程支架、伤口敷料、医用分离膜、三维细胞培养基质。因此,本文综述了国内外聚氨酯在生物医学领域的研究进展和先进应用,并展望了其未来发展方向。 Polyurethane(PU), an organic polymer composite material with the superior properties, is currently one of the most widely used polymers with viscoelasticity and biodegradability. PUs have been a hot topic surface materials, coatings, packaging materials, indoor floors of buildings, artificial leather and biomedicine, due to its excellent mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, workability and flexibility. Among them, the most forward-looking is that the application as a functional material in the biomedical field, such as artificial organs, tissue engineering scaffolds, wound dressings, medical membranes, and three-dimensional cell culture substrates. Based on this, this paper reviews its research progress and advanced applications in the biomedical field at home and abroad, and looks forward to its future development direction.
