互动式健康教育结合尿路干预措施预防宫颈癌根治术后留置尿管患者尿路感染的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of interactive health education combined with urinary tract intervention in prevention of urinary tract infection of patients with indwelling urethral catheter after radical hysterectomy

目的分析互动式健康教育结合尿路干预措施预防宫颈癌根治术后留置尿管患者尿路感染的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年6月在该院行宫颈癌根治术患者80例,采用抽签分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用尿路干预;观察组采用尿路干预结合互动式健康教育;统计尿路感染发生例数,比较其恢复情况。结果观察组尿路感染、尿液细菌培养检出率(5.00%、7.50%)均低于对照组(22.50%、25.00%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组尿管留置时间、导尿次数、排尿时间及残余尿量均低于对照组,干预后健康促进行为、生存质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互动式健康教育结合尿路干预,能够降低宫颈癌根治术后尿路感染发生率,临床意义较大。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interactive health education combined with urinary tract intervention in prevention of urinary tract infection of patients with indwelling urethral catheter after radical hysterectomy.Methods Eighty patients undergoing radical hysterectomy in Huzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to picking method,40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given urinary tract intervention,the patients in observation group were given urinary tract intervention combined with interactive health education.The incidence rates and recovery of urinary tract infection were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of urinary tract infection and detection rate of urine bacterial culture in observation group were 5.00% and 7.50%,respectively,which were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(22.50%,25.00%)(P<0.05).The indwelling time of urethral catheter,the number of urethral catheterization,urination time,and residual urine volume in observation group were lower than those in control group,health promotion behavior and life quality after intervention in observation group were higher than those in control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education combined with urinary tract intervention can reduce the incidence rate of urinary tract infection in patients with indwelling urethral catheter after radical hysterectomy,which is of great significance.
