摘要
爆炸切割过程中产生的冲击波会对人员和仪器造成较大伤害,以聚氨酯为材料设计了两种不同的防护结构。运用LS-DYNA软件分别对无防护,单层防护,双层防护下的爆炸切割过程进行仿真分析。结果表明,防护结构对冲击波的衰减作用较为明显,双层结构较单层结构效果更好,可使爆点上方200 mm处的超压降低86.86%。
The shock wave generated in the process of explosive cutting will cause great damage to personnel and instruments.Two different protective structures were designed with polyurethane as material.LS-DYNA software was used to simulate and analyze the explosion cutting process without protection,single-layer protection and double-layer protection.The results show that the protective structure has obvious attenuation effect on shock wave,and the effect of double-layer structure is better than that of single-layer structure.The overpressure at 200 mm above the explosion point can be reduced by 86.86%.
