摘要
总结了梯级供热系统能耗指标分析方法。梯级供热系统通过蒸汽喷射器利用中排抽汽将高背压排汽背压升高进一步加热热网循环水,从而增加了对高背压排汽的利用。通过试验分析了关键可调影响因素对系统能耗指标的影响。结果表明:对于梯级供热系统,提高热网循环水量、降低热网回水温度均可降低系统供热煤耗;蒸汽喷射器升压比控制在设计值附近系统供热煤耗最低;机组背压、动力蒸汽压力满足蒸汽喷射器工作需求即可,其提高对供热煤耗无益。
The method for energy consumption of cascade heating system was summarized.In the cascade heating system,the back pressure of the high back pressure exhaust steam is increased by utilizing the middle exhaust steam through the steam ejector to further heats the circulating water of the heat network,thus increasing the utilization of the high back pressure exhaust steam.The influence of the key adjustable factors on the system energy consumption index of the system was analyzed through experiments.Results show that the coal consumption can be reduced by increasing the amount of circulation water and decreasing the return water temperature of the heating system.The coal consumption reaches the minimum when the pressure boost ratio of steam ejector is controlled near the design point.There is no benefit for coal consumption by increasing the back pressure and steam pressure of the unit,and it just need to meet the working requirements of the steam injector.
