摘要 华北某铁选厂采用三段-闭路破碎-阶段磨矿-阶段磁选-磁重选精选工艺流程。为通过技术进步提升矿山综合效益,对高压辊磨—预选工艺应用可行性进行了探讨,结果表明:实施高压辊磨-预选工艺改造是可行的,同时可显著降低选厂加工成本。 An iron beneficiation plant in North China adopts a selected process flow that three stages and one closed circuit crushing-stage grinding-stage magnetic separation-magnetic and gravity separation.In order to improve the comprehensive benefits of mine by technological progress,this paper discusses the feasibility of the application of high-pressure roller mill-preconcentration process.The results shows that it is feasible to implement the improvement of high pressure roller grinding-preconcentration process,and it can significantly reduce the processing cost of beneficiation plant.
