摘要
针对国家对钢铁企业环保要求越来越高的趋势,国内某钢铁公司为响应国家号召和满足自身发展需要,建设采用智能环保设计的综合原料场,并详细介绍了智能化综合原料场的设计特点,包括料棚采用全封闭设计、预配室料仓采用多点下料和指数曲线斗嘴设计、半地下受料槽设计使用可逆重型给料机、主线带式输送机设计采用多种驱动和多种拉紧形式以及其智能化控制水平。该综合性原料场设计理念先进,自动化控制水平高,实现了智能、环保、节能降耗等功能要求,对钢铁企业提高综合技术水平具有借鉴意义。
Against the increasing environmental protection requirements for the iron&steel enterprises of the country,a domestic steel company built the comprehensive stockyard with intelligent environmental protection design to respond the national call and to meet its own development needs.This article introduces the design features of the intelligent comprehensive stockyard in detail,including the fully enclosed design of the material shed,the multi-point feeding and exponential curve nozzle design of the pre-proportioning building,the reversible heavy feeder is used for the design of semi-underground receiving bin,a variety of drives,a variety of tensioning forms and its intelligent control level are used for the design of belt conveyor for main line.The design concept of this comprehensive raw material stockyard is advanced,the level of automation is high,and the functional requirements of intelligence,environmental protection and energy conservation and consumption reduction are realized,and it is of reference significance for iron and steel enterprises to improve the comprehensive technical level.
