基于数据挖掘的中药外用不良反应分析及思考

Analysis and Thinking of Adverse Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine for External Use Based on Data Mining

中药外治具有应用方便、安全程度高等优势,但仍有临床不良事件的发生。本文通过在中国知网、万方、维普数据库中以"中药"、"外用"、"不良反应"等为关键词,搜索1990年~2019年国内报道的有关中药外用不良反应事件,整理其用药情况(所用药物、性味归经、外用说明、用法用量)、不良反应发生情况(表现、诊断、累及系统等),并进行统计整理,分析不良反应发生的原因及其存在的问题,为中药临床外用的药物警戒提供参考,减少不良反应的发生。

External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of convenient application and high safety, but there are still clinical adverse events. Based on the keywords of "traditional Chinese medicine", "external use" and "adverse reactions" in the databases of CNKI, Wanfang and VIP, this paper searched the domestic reported adverse reaction events related to external use of traditional Chinese medicine from 1990 to 2019, then sorted out their medication(drugs used, flavor and meridian tropism, external use instructions, usage and dosage), the occurrence of adverse reactions(manifestations, diagnosis, involvement system, etc.), and carried out the statistical sorting to analyze the causes of adverse reactions and existing problems, so as to provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine pharmacovigilance during clinical external use, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
