摘要
目的:探讨分析中医药治疗过敏性结膜炎的用药规律。方法:以CNKI、维普数据库作为查找源,以"过敏性结膜炎"、"治疗"为主题词,日期设为"2000年-2020年"进行检索,剔除综述类、西药治疗类、中药制剂成分未标全类和重复文献,纳入标准的共计95首方剂。录入到Excel 2013建立数据库,使用SPSS Clementine 12.0、SPSS Statistics 23.0统计软件,将符合纳入标准方剂中的中药进行统计处理和关联规则分析。结果:在纳入标准的方中,根据中药不同功效来看,解表药(238次,38.5%)、清热药(180次,29.1%)、补虚药(118次,19.1%)是使用较多的前三类中药;单味药防风(75次,79.0%)、甘草(67次,70.5%)、荆芥(55次,57.9%)、黄芩(50次,52.6%)、蝉蜕(41次,43.2%)为使用频率排名前五的中药;在药性分析中,寒(9次,52.9%)、温(6次,35.3%)占比高;在药味统计中,苦(10次,40.0%)、辛(8次,32.0%)、甘(7次,28.0%)占比高;归经分析中,肝经(12次,25.0%)、肺经(7次,14.6%)出现多;对入选的方剂中的中药进行关联规则分析,关联强度最高的药对组合为10个。结论:对临床治疗过敏性结膜炎有效临床处方运用现代信息技术进行分析,可以得到过敏性结膜炎疾病最关键的药物配伍,对今后临床合理用药和新药的开发有一定的参考价值。
Objective: To explore and analyze the medication rule of Chinese medicine in treating allergic conjunctivitis. Methods: CNKI and VIP database were used, the subject heading contains "allergic conjunctivitis +treatment" and the date from "2000—2020" was searched. After western medicine therapy, unlabeled Chinese medicine preparation and repeated literature were excluded, a total of 95 prescriptions were included. The data was input into Excel 2013 to establish a database. SPSS Clementine 12.0 and SPSS Statistics 23.0 statistical software were used to conduct statistical analysis and association rule analysis on Chinese medicines conforming to the standard prescription. Results: Among the included prescriptions, according to the different efficacy of Chinese medicine, the first three commonly used types were Jiebiao drugs(238 times, 38.51%), Qingre drugs(180 times, 29.13%), and Buxu drugs(118 times, 19.1%). Five herbs with the highest use frequency were Radix Saposhnikoviae(75 times, 79.0%), Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma(67 times, 70.5%), Herba schizonepetae(55 times, 57.9%), Radix Scutellariae(50 times, 52.6%), periostracum cicadae(41 times, 43.2%). In drug properties analysis, Han(9 times, 52.9%) and Wen(6 times, 35.3%) accounted for a high proportion. In the statistics of drug flavors, Ku(10 times, 40.0%), Xin(8 times, 32.0%), and Gan(7 times, 28.0%) accounted for a high proportion. In channel tropism analysis, liver meridian(12 times, 25.0%) and lung meridian(7 times, 14.6%) accounted for a high proportion. Association rules results showed that 10 drug pairs had the highest association strength. Conclusion:The analysis of effective clinical prescriptions in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis by modern information technology can obtain the most critical drug compatibility for allergic conjunctivitis, which has certain reference value for the future clinical use and the development of new drugs.
