近十年我国“图书情报与档案管理”国家基金立项分析

An Analysis of the Projects of National Foundations for “Library,Information and Archives Management” in China in Recent Decade

研究我国"图书情报与档案管理"的国家基金立项,以分析该学科的研究主题与发展趋势,为相关科学研究提供参考。把握我国"图书情报与档案管理"学科的研究主题与发展趋势,促进学科建设与发展。以近十年(2010—2020年)"图书情报与档案管理"学科在国家基金项目中立项情况为研究对象,采用定量与定性分析相结合的方法,运用Excel等软件以及自编程序对项目数量、项目类型、负责人及工作单位、研究主题进行分析,并对比该学科在国家社会科学基金项目和国家自然科学基金项目中的共性与差异,讨论其研究进展与发展趋势。研究结果表明:我国"图书情报与档案管理"学科正在发展壮大,研究主题随时代背景和国家发展战略而变化,未来有望实现人文与技术结合发展。但是发展过程中存在国家社科基金和国家自科基金立项数量和立项类型不均衡、地域发展和研究机构不均衡等问题。

This paper studies the projects approved by national foundations of China in the field of library, information and archives management, aiming at analyzing and grasping the research themes and development trends of this subject, and promoting the construction and development of the subject as well as providing reference for related scientific research.Taking the projects of National Social Science Foundation of China and National Natural Science Foundation of China released in the past decade(2010—2020) under the subject of library, information and archives management as the research object, this paper analyzes the quantity, types, persons incharge and their work institutions, and research themes of the projects with the help of some software such as Excel, and self-compiled programs by using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, compares the commonness and difference of the programs between the two foundations, and discusses the research progress and development trend.The results show that the subject of library information and archives management in China is developing and growing, the research themes change with the times and the national development strategy, and it is expected to realize the coordinated development of humanities and technology in the field.However, there are some problems in the development process, such as the imbalance of the quantity and types of programs, and the imbalance of regional development and research institutions in the field between the National Natural Science Foundation and National Social Science Foundation.
