对比腹腔镜与开腹全直肠系膜切除术对直肠癌的疗效

Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Total Mesorectal Resection for Rectal Cancer

目的对直肠癌患者采用不同手术方法治疗的效果进行对比。方法选取2017年1月-2020年1月本院200例直肠癌患者;根据手法方法的不同分为对照组(100例,开腹手术)与观察组(100例,腹腔镜手术),观察两种手术的临床疗效。结果通过对两组直肠癌患者实施不同的治疗措施,两组患者均已治愈出院;但在手术相关指标方面,观察组手术时间为(140.32±16.25)min、术中出血量为(87.64±11.25)mL、住院时间为(6.87±1.02)d,均低于对照组的(168.64±20.34)min、(451.31±23.69)mL、(11.25±3.05)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=9.328、10.345、11.225,P<0.05)。结论对于直肠癌患者使用腹腔镜治疗,在保证手术质量的基础上,减少对患者造成的损伤,应加强其在临床上的使用。

Objective To compare the effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods 200 patients with rectal cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(100 cases,open surgery)and observation group(100 cases,laparoscopic surgery)according to different manipulations and methods.The clinical efficacy of the two kinds of surgery was observed.Results Two groups of patients were cured and discharged by different treatments for two groups of rectal cancer patients.But in terms of operation related indicators,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were(140.32±16.25)min,(87.64±11.25)mL and(6.87±1.02)d,which were lower than those of the control group(168.64±20.34)min,(451.31±23.69)mL and(11.25±3.05)d(t=9.328,10.345 and 11.225,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rectal cancer who underwent total mesorectal excision with open rectal cancer,the clinical use should be strengthened on the basis of ensuring the quality of the operation and reducing the damage caused to the patient.
