脑积水治疗中脑室-腹腔分流术的应用与有效性评价

Application and Effectiveness Evaluation of Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt in the Treatment of Hydrocephalus

目的探究对脑积水患者应用脑室-腹腔分流术治疗的效果。方法选择2017年12月-2019年12月神经外科接收脑积水患者100例,以数字表法随机分组,分对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用脑室-腹腔分流术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率98.0%高于对照组患者治疗总有效率70.0%(χ^(2)=14.583、P=0.000<0.05)。结论对脑积水患者应用脑室-腹腔分流术治疗效果显著,利于患者的身体康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of treatment with ventriculoperitoneal shunt in patients with hydrocephalus.Methods from December 2017 to December 2019,100 consecutive patients receiving hydrocephalus from neurosurgery department were included and randomized by number table method into control(n=50)and observation(n=50)groups,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with ventriculoperitoneal shunt,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had an overall response rate of 98.0%higher than patients in the control group who had an overall response rate of 70.0%(χ^(2)=14.583,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion The application of ventriculoperitoneal shunting to patients with hydrocephalus resulted in a significant therapeutic effect,which is beneficial to the physical rehabilitation of patients.
