下肢静脉血栓介入治疗的效果及影响因素研究

Study on the Effect and Influencing Factors of Interventional Therapy for Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis

目的研究下肢静脉血栓进行介入治疗的效果及影响因素。方法随机选取本院2017年3月-2020年3月接诊的患者172例,对所有患者进行介入治疗,分析比较患者的治疗成效,并结合临床资料分析相关的影响因素。结果溶栓成功的患者共163例,成功溶栓的概率高达94.77%;结束治疗到术后随访期间,治疗效果良好患者共131例,治疗效果无效或者病情复发患者共32例。介入治疗的效果与患者的病程、血栓穿刺部位以及滤器存在相关关系(P<0.05)。结论病程、滤器等因素会对患者介入治疗的疗效产生影响,在血栓早期予以患者诊断治疗、采取针对性的、积极性的介入治疗有助于患者病情恢复。

Objective To study the effect and influencing factors of interventional therapy for venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods 172 patients in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly selected.All patients were treated with interventional therapy.The therapeutic effect of patients was analyzed and compared,and the related influencing factors were analyzed combined with clinical data.Results There were 163 patients with successful thrombolysis.The probability of successful thrombolysis was as high as 94.77%.During the period from the end of treatment to postoperative follow-up,there were 131 patients with good treatment effect and 32 patients with ineffective treatment effect or relapse.The effect of interventional therapy is related to the patient's disease course,thrombectomy site and filter(P<0.05).Conclusion The course of disease,filters and other factors will have an impact on the efficacy of patients'interventional therapy.Diagnosis and treatment of patients in the early stage of thrombosis and targeted and active interventional therapy will help patients recover.
