摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病的治疗效果。方法选取90例我院2016年8月-2019年8月收治的缺血性心肌病患者进行研究,根据入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,对照组用常规疗法,予以观察组曲美他嗪,比较两组心功能、血浆脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平和生活质量。结果观察组心功能优于对照组,BNP水平低于对照组,生活质量得分高于对照组,数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪可改善缺血性心肌病患者心功能,对血浆BNP水平进行调节,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine on ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected for study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was given trimetazidine.Results The cardiac function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,BNP level was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Trimetazidine can improve the cardiac function of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy,regulate the plasma BNP level and improve the quality of life.
