小儿腹泻消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Racecadotril Granules Combined With Zinc Gluconate in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

目的分析小儿腹泻病给予消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年10月我院收治的小儿腹泻患儿260例,随机单双数法分为对照组130例,为消旋卡多曲颗粒,观察组130例接受消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,对比两治疗方式效果。结果观察组患儿住院时间、呕吐缓解时间等均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后总有效率97.69%(127/130)高于对照组92.31%(120/130),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.985,P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应率1.54%(2/130)和对照组2.31%(3/130)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.204,P>0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒以及葡萄糖酸锌控制患儿腹泻时可有效提升治疗效果,降低症状积分。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 260 cases of infantile diarrhea in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(130 cases)and control group(130 cases),The control group was treated with racecadotril granules,observation group were treated with racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate,and the effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results The hospitalization time and vomiting remission time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.69%(127/130)higher than that of the control group(92.31%(120/130),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.985,P<0.05);The adverse reactions rate of the observation group was 1.54%(2/130)and the control group was 2.31%(3/130),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.204,P>0.05).Conclusion Racecadotril granules and zinc gluconate can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the symptom score.
