研究两种治疗方案在重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭中的疗效

The Efficacy of Two Treatment Schemes in Severe Pneumonia Complicated With Respiratory Failure

目的为科学探讨重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者临床治疗过程中,呼吸机肺炎通气保护联合人免疫球蛋白治疗方案的成效,促进现有治疗方案的升级与优化。方法将2019年2月-2020年2月到我院接受治疗的60例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,将其随机划分为两组,对照组、研究组均为30例,其中对照组患者接受呼吸机肺保护通气治疗方案,研究组患者采用呼吸机肺保护与人免疫球蛋白联合治疗方案,并对两个组别患者呼吸频率、血气指数、心率情况进行横向对比评估,明确治疗方案的有效性。结果两个组别患者在接受相关治疗后,呼吸频率、血气指数、心率情况改善较为明显,观察组的呼吸频率与心率情况优于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论从临床成效看,呼吸机肺保护与人免疫球蛋白联合治疗方案可以提升患者的肺部机能,并且操作难度相对较低,对患者产生的危害较小。

Objective To explore the effect of ventilator pneumonia ventilation protection combined with human immunoglobulin in the clinical treatment of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure,and promote the upgrading and optimization of the existing treatment.Methods 60 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the study group,the control group was treated with ventilator lung protection ventilation,while the study group was treated with ventilator lung protection combined with human immunoglobulin,the respiratory rate,blood gas index and heart rate of the two groups were compared and evaluated to determine the effectiveness of the treatment.Results After the treatment,the respiratory rate,blood gas index and heart rate of the two groups were improved significantly,the respiratory rate and heart rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From the clinical effect,ventilator lung protection combined with human immunoglobulin treatment can improve the lung function of patients,and the difficulty of operation is relatively low,and the harm to patients is small.
