PDA对提高骨外科护理工作质量及患者满意度的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of PDA for the Improvement of Nursing Quality and Patients'Satisfaction in Department of Orthopeadic Surgery

目的观察及研究PDA对提高骨外科护理工作质量及患者满意度的效果。方法选取2019年7-12月外三科的60例患者为对照组(常规护理组),选取同期外一科的60例患者为观察组(PDA干预组)。比较两组的护理工作质量(骨科专科护理质量评价标准评分及患者身份标识项目不清不齐全发生率、查对制度落实合格率)、干预后不同时间的护理依从性、患者对护理效果、效率及护理模式的满意度。结果观察组的护理工作质量评估结果优于对照组,干预后不同时间的护理依从性高于对照组,患者对护理效果、效率及护理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDA可提高骨外科护理工作质量及患者满意度,在骨外科护理中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To observe and study the effect of PDA for the improvement of nursing quality and patients'satisfaction in department of orthopeadic surgery.Methods From July to December 2019,60 patients in three departments of surgery were selected as the control group(routine nursing group),and 60 patients in the same department of surgery were selected as the observation group(PDA intervention group).The nursing quality of the two groups(orthopedic nursing quality evaluation standard score and the incidence of unclear and incomplete identification items of patients,the qualified rate of checking system implementation),nursing compliance at different time after intervention,patients'satisfaction with nursing effect,efficiency and nursing mode were compared.Results The results of nursing quality evaluation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the nursing compliance at different time after intervention was higher than that in the control group,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing effect,efficiency and nursing mode was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDA can improve the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction in orthopedic surgery,and has high application value in orthopedic surgery nursing.
