阴道分娩产后出血应用预见性护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention on Postpartum Hemorrhage of Vaginal Delivery

目的分析预见性护理干预在阴道分娩产后出血产妇临床中的应用效果。方法本次研究的主体为2017年1月-2019年12月我院收治的404例阴道分娩产妇,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组202例,将常规护理干预应用于对照组,观察组在对照组护理基础上予以预见性护理干预,对两组产妇护理效果进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组产妇产后24 h出血量更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组产后疼痛程度更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理干预相比,对阴道分娩产后出血产妇采用预见性护理干预的效果更佳,尤其体现在产妇出血量的减少,出血发生率的降低,护理质量的提高等方面。

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention in the clinical application of postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery.Methods The subjects of this study were 404 cases of vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,202 cases in each group,the routine nursing intervention was applied to the control group,and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results Compared with the control group,the amount of 24 h postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower,the difference was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the degree of postpartum pain in the observation group was lower,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing intervention,the effect of predictive nursing intervention is better,especially in reducing the amount of bleeding,reducing the degree of postpartum pain and improving the quality of nursing.
