研究对ICU心脏手术患者实施心理护理的作用

Research on the Positive Effects of Psychological Care on Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery in Intensive Care Units

目的研究对重症监护室(ICU)心脏手术患者实施心理护理的积极作用。方法选取我院收治的重症监护室心脏手术患者66例,根据临床当中选用护理方法的差异对患者分组。对照组和试验组各33例,前者实行重症监护室标准护理流程,后者以此为基础,加以心理护理干预,分析在不同护理干预措施下患者负面心理以及临床护理满意度。结果基于心理护理干预的实施,相比于对照组,试验组患者的焦虑,抑郁得到了改善,护理满意度更高,P<0.05。结论在ICU心脏手术患者常规护理的基础上加以心理护理干预,护理效果显著。

Objective To study the positive effects of psychological care on patients undergoing cardiac surgery in intensive care units.Methods 66 patients with cardiac surgery in intensive care unit in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the difference of clinical nursing methods.33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the experimental group.The former adopted the standard nursing process in the intensive care unit,while the latter adopted psychological nursing intervention on this basis.The negative psychology and clinical nursing satisfaction of patients under different nursing intervention measures were analyzed.Results Based on the implementation of psychological nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the anxiety and depression of the experimental group were improved,and the nursing satisfaction was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing of patients with cardiac surgery in ICU,psychological nursing intervention was applied,and the nursing effect was significant.
