社区公共卫生护理在心血管疾病防治中的应用

Application of Community Public Health Nursing in Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease

目的观察在心血管疾病防治中应用社区公共卫生护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月在我社区接受治疗的80例的心血管疾病患者,以随机数字表法作为分组方法,分为对照组和试验组,每组患者40例。给予对照组行常规护理,给予试验组行社区公共卫生护理干预。比较两组干预情况。结果经护理后,试验组患者总胆固醇、舒张压以及收缩压值低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者心脏不适发生率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管疾病防治中应用社区公共卫生护理干预,可有效调控患者的血压、血脂水平,使患者能够建立健康的行为与生活方式。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of community health care interventions in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with cardiovascular disease who were treated in our community were selected,and the random number table method was used as the grouping method.They were divided into the control group and the test group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the test group was given community health care intervention.Compare the interventions between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total cholesterol,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiac discomfort in the experimental group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community public health care interventions in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases can effectively regulate the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients,and enable patients to establish healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
