摘要
目的对住院患者的跌倒事件现况进行分析,以采取有效对策,降低跌倒事件的发生。方法对某三级甲等综合性医院2018年度的跌倒事件进行回顾性统计,对患者的年龄、跌倒发生的地点、发生的时间、发生跌倒事件损害的程度等现况进行分析,并采取相应的对策。结果68例跌倒患者中,年龄≥70岁以上跌倒患者占首位,为50%;发生跌倒的地点最多的是病房;最易发生的时间段为17:31-00:59,发生的时间以晚夜突出;无伤害性跌倒为主,占30.88%。结论护理人员应分析跌倒的原因,加强对患者的跌倒教育工作,以提高患者对跌倒的意识;同时,改善环境和设备,完善护理措施,减少跌倒事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the current situation of falls in inpatients so as to take effective measures to reduce the incidence of falls.Methods The fall events in 2018 in a third grade a general hospital were analyzed retrospectively,including the age of patients,the place where the fall occurred,the time when the fall occurred,the extent of the damage caused by the fall event,and the corresponding countermeasures were taken.Results Among 68 patients with falls,50%of them were over 70 years old;The most frequent place of falls was the ward,the most frequent time was 17:31—00:59,the most frequent time was late night,and non injurious falls accounted for 30.88%.Conclusion Nurses should analyze the causes of falls,strengthen the fall education of patients,so as to improve patients'awareness of falls;at the same time,improve the environment and equipment,improve nursing measures,and reduce the occurrence of falls.
