摘要
气制动响应时间是挂车制动性能和稳定性的重要评价指标,关乎行车制动的安全性。电控制动系统(EBS)作为新一代制动系统的应运而生,极大地提高了制动状态下车辆的稳定性、缩短了气制动响应时间。针对GB 12676-2014《商用车辆和挂车制动系统技术要求及试验方法》中相关试验要求,通过对EBS工作原理和系统结构型式的分析,设计了挂车EBS制动响应时间检测系统。通过对该检测系统进行试验验证,能够满足GB 7258-2017和GB 12676-2014标准的相关要求,为挂车EBS制动响应时间测量方法研究提供了理论支撑。
Air braking response time is an important evaluation index of the braking performance and stability of trailers,and is related to the safety of driving braking.Electronic Braking System(EBS),as a new generation of braking system,emerges at the right moment.EBS can improve the stability of vehicles under braking state and shorten the response time of pneumatic braking.By analyzing the working principle and system structure of EBS,a trailer EBS braking response time detection system was designed according to the relevant test requirements in GB 12676-2014 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Braking Systems of Commercial Vehicles and Trailers.Through the test verification,the detection system meets the relevant requirements of GB7258-2017 and GB 12676-2014 standards,which provides theoretical support for the research on the measurement method of EBS braking response time of trailers.
