The pure electric sweeper is the future development trend,and its design idea is different from the traditional fuel vehicle.Through the description of the driving mode of the main parts of the upper part,the matching study of the pneumatic conveying system,the selection of the type of each driving motor and the design of the heat dissipation system,a set of design methods different from the existing vehicle models are provided to optimize the cleaning of continuous operation time,enhancing the users’experience.
