交旅融合背景下重庆旅游集散中心体系发展现状及优化

The Discussion on the Development Status and Optimization of Chongqing Tourism Distribution Center System under the Background of Transportation and Tourism Integration

交通运输业与旅游业的融合发展(简称“交旅融合”)是顺应国家全域旅游战略、更好满足旅游市场个性化变革下的需要,也是传统交通运输业(尤其是公路客运业)进行转型发展的现实选择。通过实地调研考察重庆交运控股集团有限公司(以下简称“重庆交运集团”)旗下的重庆旅游集散中心体系建设现状,发现其存在诸如整合力不强、产品创新力不够、资源闲置浪费多、营销手段乏力等问题;在借鉴上海、杭州旅游集散体系建设经验基础上,提出重庆旅游集散中心体系的优化目标、优化重点和支撑保障等,以期为重庆旅游业提档升级、建设国际知名旅游目的地提供智力支持。

The integration development of transportation industry and tourism industry(referred to as“integration of transportation and tourism”)is to comply with the national tourism strategy,better meet the needs of the personalized transformation of the tourism market,and is also the practical choice for the transformation and development of the traditional transportation industry(especially the highway passenger transport industry),and the establishment of a complete and efficient tourism distribution center system is an important part of the integration of transportation and tourism.On the basis of field investigation and investigation on the current situation of Chongqing tourism distribution center system construction under Chongqing Transportation Holding Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as“Chongqing Transportation Group”),this paper first affirms its preliminary achievements,but there are still some problems such as weak integration,insufficient product innovation,many idle resources and waste,and weak marketing means,which are used for reference in Shanghai and Hangzhou Based on the experience of the construction of Chongqing tourism distribution system,this paper puts forward the basic ideas of Chongqing tourism distribution system,such as optimization goal,optimization focus and support guarantee,in order to provide some intellectual support for the upgrading of Chongqing tourism industry and the construction of international famous tourism destinations.
