《本草图经》所载落叶果树的考论

《本草图经》是北宋时代苏颂编撰的优秀医药著作,所记载的落叶果树桃、李、杏、梨、苹果等蔷薇科水果以及柿、枣是当时重要的医食同源果品。书中对优良落叶果树品种的描述,对现今果树优良品种的研究和培育有一定的参考价值。对《本草图经》记载的落叶果树进行了介绍。

Bencao Tujing was an excellent medical work compiled by Su Song in the Northern Song Dynasty.It recorded the deciduous fruit trees,such as peaches,plums,apricots,pears,apples and other rose fruits as well as persimmons and jujube,which were important medical and edible homologous fruits at that time.The relevant description of excellent deciduous fruit tree varieties in this book had certain reference value for the research and cultivation of excellent fruit tree varieties nowadays.
