20种中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌的体外抑菌作用研究

Inhibitory Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicines on Propionium Acne in Vitro

目的:探究知母、黄芩、半枝莲、夏枯草等20种具有清热解毒功效中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌的体外抑制作用;痤疮丙酸杆菌是引起痤疮的一大因素,从本质上缓解或解决痤疮问题;寻求一种治疗痤疮新型中药配方。方法:使用平板划线法复苏并传代痤疮丙酸杆菌,粉碎,浸泡煎煮后制备20种中药药液,通过牛津杯法,定量测定稀释法测定20种中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌的体外抑制作用及其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:在20种中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌体外抑制中知母、黄芩、半枝莲、夏枯草效果明显,该4种中药的MIC分别是:0.195mg/ml、6.250mg/ml、3.125mg/ml、6.250mg/ml。结论:上述4种中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌抑制效果明显,其中知母的抑菌效果最好。

Objective:To explore the inhibitory effect of 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,such as Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge,Radix Scutellariae,Scutellariae Barbatae and Prunella vulgaris L,on Propionium acnes in vitro.Propionium acnes is a major factor causing acne,which essentially alleviates or solves the problem of acne,and seeks a new formula of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of acne.Methods:20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine liquid were prepared by plate marking method to recover and subgeneration Propioniasis acnes.The inhibitory effect and minimum inhibitory concentration of 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on Propionium acnes were determined by Oxford Cup method.The inhibitory effect of 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on Propionium acnes in vitro and its minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)were determined by Oxford Cup method.Results:Acne was treated with 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge,Radix Scutellariae,Scutellariae Barbatae and Prunella vulgaris L have obvious effects.The MIC of these 4 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were 0.195mg/ml,6.250mg/ml,3.125mg/ml and 6.250mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion:The above four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine have obvious inhibitory effect on propionic acid acnes,among which Anemarrhena asphodeloides has the best bacteriostatic effect.
