盐酸纳布啡对脑胶质瘤手术患者血流动力学及脑损伤标志物的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究盐酸纳布啡对脑胶质瘤手术患者血流动力学及脑损伤标志物的影响。方法:以2018年1月—2019年12月我院收治的60例脑胶质瘤患者为分析对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。麻醉诱导前,观察组予以盐酸纳布啡,对照组予以等量生理盐水。比较两组术前(T 0)、手术结束时刻(T1)、术后1h(T2)、术后12h(T3)、术后24h(T 4)时刻平均动脉压(MAP)、血流变(HR)及血清S-100β蛋白(S100β)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平。结果:观察组较对照组仅在T1、T2时刻MAP更高、HR更低,比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组T 1~T 4时刻S100β、NSE水平均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉诱导前使用盐酸纳布啡对脑胶质瘤手术患者血流动力学几乎无影响,但可有效降低S100β、NSE水平,具一定脑保护效果。
