摘要
文中介绍使用六西格玛设计方法来完成汽车内饰件门饰板的轻量化设计。根据六西格玛方法,确定研究对象和评价标准,建立参数模型,开发概念方案,根据评价标准选取最优概念方案。根据选定的概念方案,制定参数图,选定各控制因子并确定控制因子的最优参数方案。最终验证结果表明,采用六西格玛设计方法进行内饰件轻量化设计能达到预期目标。
This paper introduces complete the lightweight design of automotive interior door trim base on DFSS(Design For Six Sigma).According to the DFSS,the research object and evaluation criteria are determined,the parameter model is established,develop the conceptual proposals and select the optimal conceptual proposal according to the evaluation criteria.Established parameter-diagram of the optimal conceptual proposal,select the control factors,and determined the optimal control level of the control factors.The final verification results show that the DFSS can achieve the expected goal of lightweight interior design.
