纯液压五机头钢筋弯箍机研发关键技术

摘要 围绕箍筋弯曲成型加工效率,箍筋形状多样性和弯曲角度连续可调,弯箍机头驱动系统协调性、机头定位便捷可靠性和控制系统稳定性等关键技术问题,研发了一种由5个弯曲机头、工字钢机座、纯液压驱动系统和控制系统组成的纯液压五机头钢筋弯箍机,满足了箍筋的高效多线多角度高质量加工需求,该设备可广泛应用于各种钢筋加工场和基建工地。 This paper focuses on the key technical problems of stirrup such as the processing efficiency of stirrup bending molding,the diversity of stirrup shapes and the adjustability of bending angles,the coordination of the driving system,positioning convenience and reliability of bending head,as well as the stability of the processing system.A pure hydraulic five-head stirrup bender,which is composed of five bending heads,I-beam frame,pure hydraulic drive system and control system,is developed to meet the efficient,multi-line,multi-angle and high-quality processing requirements of stirrups.The machine can be widely used in various steel processing workshops and infrastructure construction sites.
