青教赛促进青年教师在线开放课程建设的路径分析

摘要 青年教师教学竞赛(简称青教赛)正日益得到各高校的高度重视,并逐渐在推进教学改革和提升教师能力方面发挥着重要的引领作用。然而,青教赛的归宿不仅仅如此,更不应该是竞赛结果或获奖等级,其关键在课程。青教赛对青年教师开展在线开放课程建设具有促进作用。以“十三五”四川省高等学校省级精品在线开放课程建设实践为例,分析了教学竞赛促进在线开放课程建设的四点路径。 Teaching competition for young teachers is getting more and more attention from universities,and gradually plays a leading role in promoting teaching reform and improving teachers’ability.However,the purpose of teaching competition should not only be the result of competition or the level of award.The teaching competition can promote the construction of open online courses for young teachers.Taking the construction practice of open online courses in Sichuan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the four paths to promote the construction of open online courses by teaching competitions.
