摘要
对循环回用母液进行浓缩结晶制备高品质醋酸镧,并分离出循环一定次数的醋酸镧母液,进行P507萃取反应,随后用盐酸转型为氯化镧溶液。研究了相比、反应温度和时间对萃取效果的影响。结果表明,循环回用母液析出晶体对醋酸镧的品质没有影响;在O/A相比4∶1、萃取温度35℃、反应时间6 min的条件下,母液的稀土萃取效果最佳,可顺利实现母液资源化利用的最大化。
High-quality lanthanum acetate was prepared by concentration crystallization of recycled mother liquor, and the recycled lanthanum acetate mother liquor for some times was separated for extraction reaction with P507 and then transformation into lanthanum chloride solution with hydrochloric acid.The effects of phase ratio, reaction temperature and time on the extraction efficiency were studied.The results show that the quality of lanthanum acetate is not affected by crystal precipitation from the recycled mother li-quor.Under the conditions of O/A phase ratio 4∶1,extraction temperature 35 ℃,and reaction time 6 min, the rare earth extraction efficiency from the mother liquor is optimal, which can smoothly realize the maximum resource utilization of mother liquor.
